Refund Policy

Refund reviews for digital launch reports.

This policy explains when refund requests may be reviewed for the one-time digital Launch Readiness Report.

Short version

Completed digital reports are generally non-refundable.

Billing issues, duplicate charges, mistaken payments before report access, and service-side report generation failures may be reviewed case by case.

This policy does not guarantee a refund after a completed, delivered, or accessed report.

Case-by-case review

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund after a completed or generated report, but billing and service-side issues can be reviewed.
